But what about the nose that just does not stop running?! It’s a terrible feeling, one which makes even the smallest tasks seem impossible! If you experience this during times of dusting, the change of season, or while doing outdoor activities, then Allium may be your saviour. It can help the symptomatic relief of hay fever, and even colds, with streaming eyes, profuse clear nasal discharge and frequent sneezing.

Australian Bush Flower Essences
I have had some amazing relief from hay fever or allergies resulting in sneezing from using the Australian Bush Flower Essence’s Purifying Essence. I take seven drops under the tongue, followed by Emergency Essence if I’m really bothered by the symptoms.
Bush Iris and Fringed Violet, found in Purifying Essence and Dagger Hakkea in the Emergency Essence can help drain the toxins from the body, decrease sensitivity and ease irritation and resentment surrounding the condition. I find these essences work best as soon as the symptoms start.
Since becoming an Australian Bush Flower Essence Practitioner I have formulated my own Hayfever blend, called Sneezy Wheezy, combining the best Essences in one bottle to get you through any hayfever symptoms.
Young Living Essential Oils
There is a long list of essential oils and essential oil blends that can relieve symptoms of hay fever: lavender, ocotea, eucalyptus blue, Roman chamomile, peppermint, wintergreen, Di-Gize, Harmony, Valor, Juva Cleanse, R.C. and Raven.
To gain relief, you can diffuse one or a combination of these oils in a diffuser, or place 2-3 drops in your hands and rub them together, cup your hands over your nose and inhale throughout the day as needed. Also, 2-3 drops of oil on a cotton ball or tissue and put in to an air vent of your office, car, house, etc can also provide relief.
So this coming change of season, or the next time you need to wash the dog’s bedding or clean out cupboards, you can take charge of your hay fever and get on with the job. Let me know your experiences with hay fever and your favourite remedies!
